CLIENT CARE COORDINATOR
Our client care coordinators are responsible for making sure each individual and family is receiving the treatment, services, and care that they need and deserve. Their ability to communicate in both English and Spanish allows them to connect with their clients in a way that truly makes them feel like family.

The nursing department is responsible for ensuring the health of each individual, communicating directly with each client and their families, putting their health and well-being at the top priority.

Our Program Managers are responsible for navigating the HCS program and making sure that our staff and clients are following the HCS programs rules and regulations. With a heart of service and leadership our Program Managers truly give their all for the staff, clients, and their families.
