A Texas Heart for Families was founded in the Fall of 2015 by Rodolfo and Sandra Gonzalez. Our mission is to ensure all people living with disabilities get the extra attention and guidance they deserve. A Texas Heart for Families provides assistance for all individuals enrolled in the Home and Community-based Services waiver program. Our services are tailored specifically for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We believe all people deserve a full and purposeful life, and we’re here to help.
